We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Evan. He came out to our home, tested our water, and provided incredible service and expert guidance from start to finish. He really took the time to help us assess our options and figure out the absolute best setup for our household goals. We ended up going with the works—a whole-home water filtration and purification system, a salt water softener system, and a reverse osmosis system. The installation was seamless, and we are absolutely splendid with the results! The water quality is pure, crystal clear, and healthy. We've had a great experience with Water Works. They helped us assess which kind of water filtration system would be best for our home and goals. We interviewed a few companies before choosing Water Works, and selected them because it seemed like they just cared more and weren't going to disappear once the system was installed. Since then, they've proven true on that promise, always being available (often within minutes) to answer a text, email, or call when we've had even the smallest of questions. Our water system has been working great for over a year now, and we feel fantastic knowing we're drinking and using clean water throughout our entire home. The Water Works team was easy to work with. They provided helpful information, but there wasn’t a feeling of high-pressure sales. The installers did a great job. After installation, we needed a small tweak. The company responded quickly and sent someone over the same day. We’re enjoying our softer water and appreciate the peace of mind and benefits the water filtration system provides our family.

Water works is an amazing business to provide clean water. After having my water tested, Evan was able to come up with a system. I have a well and dealt with iron in my water. Recently Water Works installed my system, my water is so clear and tastes great. The guys showed up on time and got right to work removing my old system and installing the new one. They were very friendly and professional. The area was clean when they were done and explained how the system works. I love my water and the new system works excellent, it is very quiet. So grateful for Evan and Water Works staff. I highly recommended them if you have water issues and need clean water.

We got a whole home filter and R/O system a month ago and are very happy with our water quality. The outstanding part thus far has been the customer service. Perry was our salesman and technician and he was a joy to work with. We had a small issue following installation and I contacted him that evening and he was here first thing the next morning. He was also willing to put in a full bypass system for the whole home unit since I wanted to have one for filling the hot tub or an emergency. I highly recommend working with this company.

The whole Water Works team was phenomenal! Our water was very very bad and we looked at some other outfits (online and local) - no one compared in price or professionalism. The customer service was exceptional - they worked with me on scheduling and with our families needs. The level of detail was unmatched. I've recommended them to a few friends who have water issues and will be using them again if I ever run into trouble with water again! Highly recommend!

We met Etta, sales rep, at a home show in Castle Rock last fall and were so impressed we scheduled the in-home that day. Shortly after we had the whole home system installed along with a RO system in the kitchen. What a difference! No more water spotting in the shower and baths. Showering with clean water is a new experience! My wife couldn't be happier.
